Belmont Park has a new police officer that has been assigned to our neighborhood. Sgt. Garvin was promoted! Congratulations to Sgt. Garvin. The new officer is Sgt. Jeff Lurie. Sgt. Lurie has been with the Suffolk Police Dept. for 6 years and has been an officer for 11 years.
